Good night’s sleep on a very firm mattress, great view in the morning. Very unspectacular bike ride to the S-Bahn station at Altomünster, flat at the beginning, hilly from about half way. Managed to buy the particular dish of Neuburg, a Wiener sausage in Brezen-dough, which we had as lunch on the S-Bahn.
Very spontaneously changed our plans to cycle to Neuburg an der Donau for the weekend – I had seen an article in the paper about it.
